Intro to Chords - Triad Chat

A SUMMER ZOOM WORKSHOP for ages 10 & up taught by Ms. Marissa Zagoudis!

In this one-hour Zoom chat for ages 10 and up (including adults!), we’ll take a closer look at triads, which are among the simplest and most profound chords found in music. No experience with a musical instrument is required, just a healthy enthusiasm for music and learning. Two time options are provided each month to better accommodate schedules (content of the morning and evening sessions are the same). We’ll define and look at how to form Major and minor chords, how to invert chords, a quick look at the Circle of Fifths, and how primary chords relate to a key.

Zoom link will be provided the week of the class.

TUITION:

$50 per household, so feel free to bring along a child, sibling, spouse, or pet who may be interested in joining in the music fun!
