Musical Theatre
Our Musical Theater for Young People program introduces children in grades Kindergarten through 8 to music, theater, and movement as they explore every aspect of a musical theater production. This includes acting, singing, dancing and set and costume design. Classes take place at Music Makers of Western Springs (Grand Avenue Community Center) and culminate in a fully staged performance. We offer programs every October, February and June.
Our Musical Theater for Young Adults program is a continuation of our introduction program, offered to young adults, in high school and college. Our Young Adult program is offered in October, February and June.

Grades K-2
Grades 3-8
Under the guidance and direction of our PROFESSIONAL DIRECTING STAFF,
students will spend classes engaged in learning a full musical theater production,
including acting, singing, dancing, set design and costuming.
Fully staged performances will be the highlight at the end of the program.
Classes meet Wednesdays, February 22 – May 2nd, 2012.
